Refund Policy

At My Little Star CY, we want every purchase you make to be safe and clear. Below you will find all our return policies, so you know exactly what applies.

1) Returns for non-medical products

(Cots, strollers, accessories, silicone items that have not been opened)

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days provided that:

✔️ the product is unused,

✔️ it remains in its original, intact packaging,

✔️ it is accompanied by a receipt,

✔️ it does not belong to the non-returnable categories (see below).

💳 What we refund:

– Product value (excluding shipping costs) or issuance of a credit note.

📦 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is our error.

⚠️ 2) Products that

CANNOT be returned

for hygiene & safety reasons

For the protection of children and in accordance with European legislation, we do not accept returns for:

🚫 Medical & medical technology products (nebulizers, masks, mouthpieces, pumps, etc.)

🚫 Products that come into contact with the mouth/nose/skin once the packaging is opened

🚫 Anything marked as “non-returnable” on the site

🔒 The reason is simple: no customer should ever receive a medical product that has been opened or touched by someone else.

🔧 3) Defective or incorrect products

If you receive:

• a defective product,

• an incorrect product/model,

please contact us within 48 hours at:

Send: photos/video + order number.

Once the issue is confirmed:

✔️ we will proceed with a replacement,

or if there is no stock → a refund.

🚚 In cases of our own errors, all shipping costs are covered by us.
